We are proud to offer a variety of therapeutic groups and support groups to complement our individual therapy services. Our groups are designed to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where individuals can come together to share their experiences, find support, and gain valuable insights.
Group Therapy:
Our therapeutic groups, also known as group therapy, are a powerful way to enhance your therapeutic journey. These groups can be an excellent addition to your individual therapy sessions or, if you prefer, a standalone service. Engaging in group therapy allows you to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges and creates a sense of camaraderie and understanding.
Within the therapeutic groups, we focus on a range of topics that revolve around pregnancy, postpartum, depression, anxiety, and the intricacies of motherhood. The safe and confidential setting of the group enables participants to openly share their thoughts, emotions, and concerns. Through this shared experience, group members often discover that they are not alone in their struggles, fostering a sense of community and empathy.
Led by a licensed mental health therapist, these groups are thoughtfully structured to provide you with the support and guidance you need. Each group is 1 hour long and will include various topics, exploration of coping mechanisms, and will provide valuable education on mental health and well-being.

An assessment is required before attending group sessions. Assessments are 60 minutes and have a one time fee of $165.
Support Groups:
In addition to our therapeutic groups, we also offer support groups tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. These support groups serve as a safe haven where you can find comfort, validation, and encouragement from others who have walked similar paths.
Our licensed perinatal mental health therapist leads these support groups, ensuring that you receive expert guidance and care throughout the process. Like our therapeutic groups, each support group session spans 1 hour. The first 15 minutes is dedicated to fostering connections and building a sense of community among the participants. During the remaining 45 minutes, we engage in open discussions, allowing you to share your experiences, learn from others, and receive valuable insights.
The power of group dynamics lies in the mutual understanding and empathy that emerge as participants interact and listen to one another. Our support groups offer a non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself, find solace, and draw strength from the collective wisdom and compassion of the group.
